• Profile Information: During the onboarding process, you are asked to complete a Google Form to create your user profile. This profile includes details necessary for our AI to generate relevant content, such as information about your business, target audience, preferred tone of voice, and specific content goals. This information is accessed by our application from the public Google Sheet where your form responses are stored.

b. Information Collected via Authentication

• Google Account Information: To create an account and log in to our Service, we use Google Login. Through this process, we collect the following information from your Google account:
  • Your email address
  • Your unique Google ID
• Important Clarification: Neta Social does not request, access, or receive any permissions to view, manage, or interact with your Google Drive, documents, or any other files stored in your Google account. Our access is strictly limited to the authentication data mentioned above and the information you provide in the designated Google Form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

• To Provide the Core Service: Your profile information is used as the primary input for our AI, powered by the Gemini API, to generate personalized social media content for you.
• To Authenticate Your Account: Your Google ID and email address are used to securely identify you, create your user account, and allow you to log in to the Service.
• To Communicate with You: We may use your email address to send you important service-related announcements, updates, and support messages.
• To Maintain and Improve Our Service: We may use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze usage patterns and improve the functionality and user experience of Neta Social.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Data Storage: All user information, including your profile data and account details, is securely stored on Google Firestore, a cloud-hosted NoSQL database and our Google drive.
• Security Measures: We implement and maintain industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share your information with the following third-party service provider for a specific, essential purpose:

• Gemini API (Google): To provide the core functionality of our Service, your profile information is programmatically sent to the Gemini API. The sole purpose of this data transfer is to process your information and generate the requested social media content. To our knowledge, your data is not used by Google for any other purpose beyond providing the API service.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation or government request.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of Neta Social.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
